I engaged KPE Hunter Valley through a mutual contact and I’m very glad I did. I needed structural work completed to strengthen my roof ahead of a new roof installation and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Jarrod was incredibly professional, patient and thorough. He took the time to clearly explain what was required and walked me through the estimated costs, which gave me a lot of confidence before the work began. When Jarrod and his team arrived on site, they were efficient, well-organised and delivered fantastic quality workmanship. There were no shortcuts taken at any stage and the attention to detail really showed. As an engineer, I could clearly see that the work was done properly and to a high standard. The work came in within the original estimate and allowed us to move ahead with the roof installation without delay.
