Have had Jayden and his team do some renovations, Including structural wall removal, bathrooms, electrical and new AC. From the start he was very accommodating and work with us on the planning phase so we are both on the same page. Through out the works his team was lovely and very considerate. Jayden kept us updated regularly at each milestone and worked with us on a couple variations. Overall the entire experience was amazing and would highly recommend JMAR.

Jayden and his team have just recently completed renovations for us and we honestly couldn't be happier!! Jayden has been so easy to work with - his professionalism and meticulous attention to detail made all the renovation scaries fade away. It was so nice not having to worry about "missing something" or not knowing what to expect. Jayden was always 10 steps ahead and it really felt like he treated our project with the same devotion that he would have for his own home. We were given a realistic schedule, honest (and accurate) predictions of costs and amazing communication throughout. Everyone in Jayden's team was also so friendly and respectful of our space considering we stayed living in our house during works. No notes - only thanks !! We are getting our house ready for the rental market and engaged JMAR to construct a new front deck for us. From the moment Jayden came out to quote he was so incredibly helpful, he considered our end goal and provided us with options and recommendations to ensure longevity in what will be a high traffic area. We have a recent extension on our house completed but we needed someone to do the finishing touches around its lower perimeter. We discussed with Jayden our problem and he was able to put forward some good ideas together about the timber and framing we should use. The end result looks fantastic, and we are very happy with JMAR Building and we highly recommend them for any building jobs.
