  We have been recently building with Jandson Homes in Austral, I'm very impressed with sales consultants, project coordinators, and site supervisors who were helpful, professional, and responsive, especially during the initial design and selection phases. The team were fantastic from start to finish. The build was incredibly fast, the quality of workmanship was excellent, and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Every step was seamless, and they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

  Bought a house and land package in Ed.Park recently from Julie (Jandson Home). Due to my first time purchase a house and land package, Julie has been extremely patience and professional. Julie gave a lot of good advices the pros and cons. She gave me ample time to make decision whether to purchase. She make the whole process very easy and smooth. Now I will wait for the construction to begin and hopefully the quality turns out well.

  Bought a land in austral in 2020 and currently construction is in progress... I was dealing with Julie and she has been extremely good with me & very responsive. She is extremely professional and always give great advices in regards to construction & designs. Because of her way of working i would highly recommend everyone to buy from Jandson homes... Thanks a lot Julie for making our life easier & hope to see our house coming out with excellent finishes ... I will upload the photo on this reviews once the construction is finished...

  I felt the absolute need to write a review about Jandson homes, you often hear only the horror stories about new home builders in this day and age. I cannot thank the Jandson team as a whole enough, from the moment we walked into the display home at Edmonson park, the omega 29 struck us as something we felt was a ''home'', from the start we spoke to Pat we already felt at ease and confident with our choice of builder, as the progression of our home went on we met more and more capable and professional staff. They were all simply a pleasure to deal with. we have been living in our house now for 9 months and we love where we live. Jandson has a 6 months home warranty which we found to be very different to the standard 3 month, our defects were an absolute minimum I felt, they were all fixed quickly and to a high standard. During the actual build we were always kept up to date with the progress and always contacted if there were little problems. (it is the building trade there will always be little problems pop up along the way). To be put simply me and my wife are very thankful to Jandson homes for making the whole process easy and more importantly enjoyable. I will forever recommend Jandson homes to anybody who wants to listen, I look forward to keeping in touch with the Staff at Jandson and am more than happy to share our experience with anyone. We love our home Jandson. Thank you. Just as you supported us, we will support you in the future.

  We signed up the House and Land package in Austral with Jandson Homes Real Estate. Julie Hoang is the sales agent. She is very active, extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She really cared about us and understood our needs. She provided us valuable advice on design of the house and on how better utilize the space. She has a good understanding of house design as well. We are so happy of her service. She is highly recommended!!!
