Couldn’t be happier with my new carport from Pioneer, it was an easy decision to make because it’s my second one. The first one covers my back deck and is as good as new after 6 or 7 years. The carport has made such a difference to the heat coming into the house through the garage we can’t believe it. Great job guys, I can highly recommend them as a wonderful company to deal with. It was straight forward from start to finish.

I recently had a new pergola installed and the whole experience was fantastic! Jonathan handled my quote and inspection, he walked me through every detail, sent preview photos of similar designs, and even provided clear diagrams and measurements. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. A few weeks later, John and Alex arrived to remove my old pergola and install the new one. They completed everything in a single day and left the area spotless. During removal, a small section of my retaining wall was accidentally damaged, but they were upfront about it and immediately assured me their renderer would come out to fix it. I really appreciated the honesty and quick solution. I absolutely love my new pergola. Thank you so much to the whole team! 😊

I selected this company based on other reviews, that reflect our experience. Their price was very reasonable for a custom sized installation, compared to buying generic DIY kits, which I am also too old for ;-). I didn't bother getting any, possibly, cheaper quotes as I was impressed by Jonathan's professional approach and was confident that I would get good service and product. The installation team were also very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They actually contact you if they are running late, or to confirm the time, which is unusual for any (usually very good) trades people that I have dealt with. I highly recommend this company. My wife's Fiat loves its new home.
