Site management and organisation were handled with professionalism. The site was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and trades were largely efficient and respectful of the overall outcome. Where minor concerns arose, they were addressed promptly to ensure the integrity of the build was upheld. Equally impressive has been the post-handover support. More than twelve months after completion, assistance remains readily available. Minor touch-ups and adjustments have been handled with the same level of care demonstrated during construction, reinforcing a long-term commitment to client satisfaction. Building a home is often regarded as one of life’s more demanding undertakings. Our experience was instead characterised by trust, reassurance and a strong sense of partnership. We felt supported in our decisions and confident that the end result would reflect both our expectations and the builder’s standards. As someone who had no idea about building, I couldn’t have chosen a better builder. Adam (owner) and Luke (supervisor) guided me the entire journey - always patient and approachable and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. They made what could’ve been an overwhelming process feel easy. Their attention to detail is evident in the build and is shown even on handover - with a gift and handwritten card the perfect finishing touch to a journey that’s meant so much to me. The very first time we walked through a show home, we found the home we wanted to build. After consulting with Shya Darcy, my wife and I explained what we were looking for and as we spoke to Shya, Shya was working her skills on the computer and had some house plans on the computer. The Hotondo team were just great, dedicated, easy to work with. I would recommend Hotondo homes to anyone who wants to build their dream home.

I’d heard amazing things about Hotondo Homes from friends, so I felt confident choosing them for my build . Adam and his team were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I never had to chase up anything – all my inquiries were handled quickly and professionally. My unit is absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I brought a Unit at old southern road, as investment property. We had a few little minor issues with a cracked tile, leaking waste pipe under the sink and a couple of paint touch ups. We rang the Real estate that we brought it through and they put us on to Hotondo South Coast. We spoke with Adam, and he just got the issues sorted straight away with out any fuss. I was pretty surprised, as after having had investment property’s before we had major issues trying to get maintenance items fixed. Working with Adam at Hotondo it was just super easy.
