Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Building with Cavalier Homes Shoalhaven was an incredible experience from start to finish. Luke and Courtnay run a first-class business that truly cares about their clients. David in sales was fantastic—professional, honest, and made the entire planning process stress-free. He helped us get the best value without compromising on quality. Once construction started, Mitch, our site supervisor, was exceptional. His communication was clear and consistent, keeping us updated every step of the way. The build speed was impressive, yet the attention to detail and craftsmanship never faltered. The quality of work and finishes is outstanding—every detail reflects care and precision. We couldn’t be happier with the result. On top of that, the pricing was very competitive, making this a great value for such high-quality work. If you’re looking to build in the Shoalhaven area, we highly recommend Cavalier Homes Shoalhaven. Luke, Courtnay, David, and Mitch make an amazing team, and they’ve delivered us a home we absolutely love!

If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would! From the very beginning to the final handover, Cavalier Homes Shoalhaven went above and beyond to help us bring our forever dream home to life. Our journey started with David in sales, who was incredible to deal with. He worked closely with us and the drafting team to design a completely custom home, ensuring every detail reflected exactly what we envisioned. Nothing ever felt rushed, and we always felt listened to and supported. Courtnay was an absolute gem when it came to selecting colours, tiles, bricks, and finishes. She was always so patient, knowledgeable, and happy to offer guidance and honest opinions, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Throughout the build, no request ever felt like a burden — even last-minute changes, additional power points, and small tweaks were handled with ease and professionalism. Mitch our site supervisor and Luke’s attention to detail is truly outstanding. The pride they take in their work shows, and we were handed over a stunning home with next to no defects. We are beyond grateful for the entire team and couldn’t be happier with the experience or the end result. We cannot recommend Cavalier Homes Shoalhaven highly enough — they have truly given us a home we will cherish forever. Thanks so much Blake and Krystal

Cavalier Homes NSW Shoalhaven Team has been a fantastic partner in delivering our designer duplex development in Batemans Bay area, ahead of schedule and spot on budget. Professionalism of the Team was outstanding throughout the project, with "can do" attitude, always available and supportive on any request. Project started mid year and was complete by the year end, which was an outstanding result ! Any changes or design adjustments along the way were effectively sorted, usually directly with other professional services involved, to our satisfaction. Thanks Courtnay, Luke, Josie and the Team for a great job done !

We recently completed our home build with Cavalier Homes, and wanted to thank Luke and his team for all the hard work he has put together for us in our new home. The project was completed in 3 months as promised, which was a significant relief. The craftsmanship is top-notch, with high-quality materials and attention to detail. The finish and fixtures are exactly as promised, and the home feels sturdy and well-built. Communication throughout the build was outstanding. Our supervisor, Josie was always available to answer questions and provide updates. We felt well-informed and involved in every step of the process. The customer service was exemplary. They addressed our concerns promptly and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the build. Since moving in, they have been fantastic about addressing any follow-up issues and honouring their warranty. Their commitment to customer satisfaction extends well beyond the completion of the build. We cannot imagine a better experience and are so grateful that we chose Cavalier Homes to help us build our first home.
