Nothing ever felt rushed, and we always felt listened to and supported. Courtnay was an absolute gem when it came to selecting colours, tiles, bricks, and finishes. She was always so patient, knowledgeable, and happy to offer guidance and honest opinions, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Throughout the build, no request ever felt like a burden — even last-minute changes, additional power points, and small tweaks were handled with ease and professionalism. Mitch our site supervisor and Luke’s attention to detail is truly outstanding. The pride they take in their work shows, and we were handed over a stunning home with next to no defects. Cavalier Homes NSW Shoalhaven Team has been a fantastic partner in delivering our designer duplex development in Batemans Bay area, ahead of schedule and spot on budget. Professionalism of the Team was outstanding throughout the project, with "can do" attitude, always available and supportive on any request. Project started mid year and was complete by the year end, which was an outstanding result ! Any changes or design adjustments along the way were effectively sorted, usually directly with other professional services involved, to our satisfaction. Simply Divine! What a magical home was built for us by Cavalier Shoalhaven Luke, Courtnay and Josie were a dream to work with, they made the whole process of building easy. They were friendly and easy to access. They kept us updated thru the build and communicated well. Our home went up in record time and on budget! Which is basically unheard of these days. We are so happy with the workmanship and so proud the house has been entered into the HIA awards, I do hope they win. They deserve it they certainly went the extra mile. We recently completed our home build with Cavalier Homes, and wanted to thank Luke and his team for all the hard work he has put together for us in our new home. The project was completed in 3 months as promised, which was a significant relief. The craftsmanship is top-notch, with high-quality materials and attention to detail. The finish and fixtures are exactly as promised, and the home feels sturdy and well-built. Communication throughout the build was outstanding. Our supervisor, Josie was always available to answer questions and provide updates. We felt well-informed and involved in every step of the process. The customer service was exemplary. They addressed our concerns promptly and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the build. Since moving in, they have been fantastic about addressing any follow-up issues and honouring their warranty.
