5 Stars – Incredible Build Quality and Service! We recently built with Gem Homes, and we couldn't be happier with the result. They built us a beautiful 5 bedroom home on a 275sqm block with a french facade and wonderful void, and the layout and design feel absolutely perfect. The build quality is amazing—you can tell they take real pride in their work. What we appreciate the most, however, is the fantastic after-sales service. It's rare to find a builder who is just as attentive and helpful after you move in as they are during the build. We love our new place and would gladly recommend Gem Homes to anyone looking to build!

I bought a new Gem home after the construction process. I cannot speak more highly of the exceptional service I have received from Deepak and Ishu since buying the home. Ishu willingly went through the house with me in pre-settlement to identify defects and - only 3 months in they have all been fixed or have been booked in for completion. We did have one issue with the house which required immediate attention. This issue became a priority for them and Deepak supervised the works himself. I have found them to be polite and approachable in all of their dealings with myself and family and I am confident in my ability to call them in the future. We love our new home.
