  Extremely happy with the service from this company. We had a leak in the lobby roof of our apartment. Our strata manager had initially booked one of their contractors who after 6 weeks of coming out at site, still had not done the works, and further rain had caused more damage to our building. I called up Pierre from Final Touch and the next morning he had his team there to provide the quote, and that afternoon they were fixing the roof! I am so grateful for their quick work and very happy to find reliable contractors. Would definitely recommend.

  We recently faced an issue with water damage from our upstairs balcony, and after hearing from other builders that it was likely coming from the timber doors, we decided to reach out to Final Touch Builders based on recommendations. They quickly identified that the water was actually coming in between the tiles and below the door sills, not from the doors themselves. We entrusted them with the project, and upon removing the tiles, we were surprised to discover that there were three layers of tiles stacked on top of each other from previous owners. Throughout the entire process, Pierre and his team displayed exceptional professionalism and craftsmanship. They maintained a clean work environment , completed the project on time and on budget. Pierre and his staff tackled every challenge with a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.   In February 2022, Final Touch was contracted to renovate the exterior of our home and remove an existing overhead structure covering the garage and to construct a new carport in May of 2022. The project was very well done, on time and on budget. FTG was a real pleasure to work with and their professionalism, skill and ability to work with a homeowner was evident. I would not hesitate to recommend Final Touch for a construction job of this type. They kept a very neat and organized work site and his skill as a contractor were most evident. He was always on time and explained all aspects of the project. We would definitely contract FTG for a job of this type as we found the experience enjoyable and are very happy with the final product.

  We have had the pleasure of dealing with Pierre and his team from FTG for at least 7 years on various projects for our house He provided excellent advice, saw things which needed repair and fixed them! About 5 years ago we had the interior and exterior of our house painted. All completed while we were overseas More recently we undertook a refurbishment of our pool. This included re-tiling and servicing of the sewer tank and new upgraded pool filter equipment In the last few months we have had a general clean including galvanised roof and re-oiling the extensive decking. Our house looks magnificent as a result All projects were completed on time, with minimal interference or interruption of our daily life. The prices are always better than competitive and all of the team are experts in the required jobs. I can highly recommend Pierre and the FTG for any building projects. Kerry from Vaucluse NSW
