Any variations to the budget were solely due to changes we requested, and James handled them with professionalism and transparency. Throughout the project, the team's communication remained outstanding, and their attention to detail was second to none. We have always felt comfortable working with James who is a good communicator, is great with our clients and generally makes the process of building an enjoyable experience. James is happy to work through detail decisions with us and always looks to work out ways to achieve our design intent. His team are polite and the building site is always kept in a safe and clean manner. I would have no hesitation in working with James and his team in the future.
