Mark has done a fantastic job. I must say the result is way better than I expected, just like the crack was never happened. And the site was cleaned and they took every waste with them. Definitely a 5-star service! Will hire Mark again if I found another crack somewhere else (although I don't want to)

Friendly and helpful - got the job done quickly and reasonably priced. We really appreciated their attention to detail, and how respectfully they treated the house during their work by placing dust mats down in their high traffic areas. Would definitely recommend. I now have faith that the wall is structurally sound. Thanks!

We engaged Helitec to complete a full front balcony restoration on our 140 year old terrace and I very strongly recommend them. From the first conversation they stood out compared to other builders as genuine and passionate about heritage restoration as well as having a very big emphasis on quality. When the work commenced I wasn’t disappointed. They are true craftsmen. Their attention to detail, use of quality materials and pursuit of perfection resulted in a restoration that has hugely exceeded my expectations. People stop to look at and complement the balcony! Mark, Tom and Dan were always punctual, explained what to expect, performed work to an incredibly high standard of quality and treated our property with the utmost care even leaving it cleaner than they found it. Furthermore, they were an absolute pleasure to have around and I always felt like we were in very safe hands. We are currently in the process of commencing more projects with them to restore our house to its former glory. Highly recommend!
