  Andrew at Kora Construction was our builder for our four-bedroom home renovation in the lower north shore. We could not be any happier. It was easily the best decision, and we are incredibly thankful and grateful for all the hard work Andrew put in completing our home. We know it was not easy. When we started on our journey, we had no idea what the road ahead of us would entail. Andrew held our hands through the entire process— and did so thoroughly, reliably, and efficiently. We knew we were in good hands, and Andrew did an amazing job considering all the details our renovation included. We were referred to KORA and Andrew inspected the property and the plans we had for it. He provided us with a quote and we retained him as our builder. Throughout the process there was always a high level of communication . We always knew what was going on, WIPs and were free to come by and see what was happening on site. Andrew is solution-based. If there was an unexpected issue, it was always addressed with urgency— this meant timelines were never pushed back, and there were always things that were moving. I highly recommend Andrew and the team and KORA. Working with them was a dream considering it was a complex build. He is reliable, trustworthy, efficient.

  The Principal of Kora Construction, Andrew is a very professional builder who can be trusted at all times. Andrew is very reliable and patient. He could finish a major renovation of my house as scheduled. He focuses on details and provided very useful advice for us to renovate our dream home. His team was fantastic! All the work was perfectly finished without any complaints. His fees were very reasonable and competitive. There is no doubt for us to highly recommend Andrew Ko to anyone who wants to build or renovate their home regardless of major or minor work.
