I just wanted to pass on what a pleasure it's been dealing with your team. I first heard about you from your ad on 2ST while driving around. When I got home I sent through the request for a quote through your website. That same day you called to arrange the inspection. Within a week James came to have a look. He arrived exactly on time and within a day I had the quote. We dragged out heels getting back to you and then asked for the quote to be changed. You did it without issue and we had the updated quote within a day. All the arrangements for getting the stuff we needed were handled so efficiently and we were kept up to date while we waited for the install date. The day James came just to double check measurements he was again exactly on time. You contacted us to book in the install date. The team arrived exactly on time on Friday. They worked so considerately, covering our furniture, listening to music but just quietly, they were so respectfully and lovely to chat to and deal with. We're now in our 4th year of renovating this house. It's been a rollercoaster journey and we have dealt with some horrendous tradies along the way. Tradies with no concept of punctuality, no manners, vulgar language when chatting between themselves despite my children being around, music blaring, shoddy workmanship, blown out timeframes... I could go on and on. Dealing with your team has been bliss and made the job so seamless and easy. Thank you so much. We really do appreciate it and you will be top of our list when we move on to the next item on the never ending to do list.

I can absolutely recommend P & S Building to everyone. The whole renovation process, from communication to construction, has been a breeze and I'm overjoyed with their work. James and Kalym's craftsmanship is outstanding. They were punctual, respectful, hard-working and collaborative. Kris and Simone were amazing, always friendly and clear with plans and schedules, which helped greatly in organising my life as a shift-worker. They've created the nicest room in my home and I can't thank them enough ☺️ My reno was removing two walls, inserting a large stacker sliding door, replacing a kitchen window and sealing up a back door (utilising some of the weatherboards from a wall that was removed).

I contacted P&S Building and Construction to resolve a water leak from my balcony into the rooms below. I had contacted several other builders to quote, some did not show up and others just walked away as the job of finding and repairing the leak would be troublesome and difficult. P&S Building was the only builder who did not walk away, co-ordinated and supplied the trades to address the leak at a very reasonable and honest price. They were on site as planned and stayed until the leak was resolved and all work completed. They did an exceptional job in resolving the leak. The tradesmen were interested in the job and showed a genuine will to do the best job they could. The cost of my remedial work was very competitive and reasonable, I was happy with all aspects of the financial side of my experience. Firstly, I am very grateful to Kris for his positive attitude to this difficult job and to Rob for personalising the on site work and positive outcome. I highly recommend P&S Building and Construction for all construction work from a new build home to any remedial work where you want a personalised experience and professional outcome. Great company to deal with who have a passion to complete their work as if the job was for their own home.
