  We have just completed a second story addition with Cape Cod. This is our 4th large renovation so we have something to compare this experience to. On the whole we were extremely happy with the process, the quality, the communication and the end result. Cape Cod took care of all the paperwork which can be very time consuming and frustrating. Their contractors were all very pleasant to work with and had great attention to detail. We lived in the home through the renovation and they went out of their way to minimise the interference. Their after sales service to make sure the details were to our expectation has been excellent. Ross was a pleasure to work with, very easy to communicate with and professional in his approach. We would readily use Cape Cod in the future Very happy customers , thank you.

  Outstanding designer and builder for second storey extensions. The entire team are highly professional and deliver. Our architectural designer Scott and our supervisor Aaron were both excellent with great attention to all detail.The team were excellent with the council DA approval process. Cape Cod have such a strong supporting team of people behind them. Our first floor extension was just over 100sqm. The entire building process was highly efficient and well organised. The end result was perfect and of high quality. We are very glad we built with Cape Cod.

Our supervisor informed us every step of the way and any issues were dealt with immediately and he made us feel relaxed. We are really happy with the outcome of making our home beautiful.

  I had a fantastic experience building my upstairs space with Cape Cod. We worked with Ross during the initial consultation and design stage who took the time to understand our vision and family needs. During the build we worked with Andrew who was professional, organised and available anytime we had questions. The trades crew were efficient, professional and tidy throughout the build. I believe the Cape Cod Team are experts in their field. We are extremely happy with our renovation.

  Cape Cod put a second level on our home. They were fantastic from start to finish! They worked really hard and the end result is fabulous. I couldn't be happier. Everyone was great to deal with. We had trades on-site everyday. The Site Manager was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  I have been a contractor for Cape Cod for over 25 years - I cannot recommend them highly enough. My company scaffolds all of their 1st floor additions and we do this with the knowledge that they do their utmost to keep the client and the contractor contented. The job will be completed in an exemplary manner with safety a major priority. From consultant to design, from supervisor to tradie to cleaners - I have always been impressed by the show of expertise, professionalism, courtesy and a willingness to attend to the clients and their neighbours expectations. A pleasure to be part of their journey.
