SBS Building Services completed our renovation in Carlingford back in 2018. From the initial meeting and throughout the whole process there was clear communication and a professional approach. The whole project ran to plan and any unforeseen issues were dealt with honestly and fairly. Almost 8 years on and we are still really happy with the results and quality of the work. Even this long after the project SBS are still happy to reply to questions or help with advice. I highly recommend SBS Building Services to anyone looking to renovate their home.

I have been photographing SBS Building Services completed building projects for quite a few years, for their marketing purposes and submissions for various building awards. In that time I have visited countless homes that have been completely transformed by SBS. Every owner is genuinely very happy with the transformation of their home and the quality of work and excellent finishes on the final product. I have always been impressed by the innovative design features, impressive layouts and very high quality of the work and finishes of all the projects I have photographed. If you want your home transformed into a much better place to live, I highly reccomend SBS Building Services.

If we could give more than 5 stars - we would. From start to finish, the whole team from SBS were amazing, and this was even before we had signed the contract. Scott was patient with my questions, shared his knowledge about what works and what doesn't and this helpfulness flows throughout his team. This was our first reno and we had such a positive experience. We stayed in our home whilst the renovations were happening, so a huge part of handing over our trust, in not only the building aspects of it, we also wanted to feel safe, especially with our daughters. Without doubt, the boys were respectful, kind, helpful, funny and we never felt uneasy. But let's get down to the business side of things.... 1. They were always on time. 2. Communication was outstanding from everyone. 3. When a contractor came around to quote (e.g - wardrobe company, stairs company etc ), our foreman, Jordan, would always be with me to make sure they were above board and to help explain my ideas when my lack of worksite/ building vocabulary failed me. 4. I always felt heard. Kristy in the office never made me feel like my questions were silly. And if she wasn't sure how to answer them, Kristy would get back to me after looking into it. 5. Our neighbours only had good things to say about them. E.g. - when it was bin day, they would make sure the bins were accessible and moved them back when emptied. 6. Workmanship is fantastic and when our roof was being replaced, Scott the owner was there, up on the roof as well. 7. They completed within the time frame that they had said. 8. Two months after the completion, we had a small issue with the toilet. It was fixed in no time. If you are still here reading this and your trying to find a building company who you can trust.... Call SBS Building Services. We love our home so much. It's beautiful.

SBS Building Services completed a large, multifaceted extension and renovation project for us approximately five years ago. We would wholeheartedly, unequivocally and sincerely recommend SBS for a myriad of reasons. The first time we met Scott Harwood, the Director of SBS Building Services, we were impressed. Scott has a true moral compass, is affable, professional, a master at his craft and provided us with a competitive quote. SBS’s level of engagement and professionalism towards us as a client continued throughout the entire journey of our large building project and the team’s collective commitment to us as a valued customer was steadfast and never wavered pre and post contract execution. Our project encompassed a 100 square metre extension to our home (bedrooms, ensuites, kitchen, garage) along with a complete internal and external renovation of our existing home including: new carpeting, new bathroom, fresh paint inside and out, the removal of an internal wall, new tiles, some new windows, new internal and external doors (including security doors), a new roof, a new laundry and landscaping amongst other items. All the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard and SBS were extremely flexible working with us throughout the project to accommodate our variations as the project progressed. SBS were always available to talk and no question was ever too large or too small. We felt supported and that was a critical aspect for us. The work SBS completed for us still looks excellent after five years and that speaks volumes and is testament to their high quality standards along with their meticulous and thorough workmanship. Scott’s entire team were fantastic from the various skilled and organised foremen who always kept us apprised through to the large number of specialist trades and wonderful office support staff. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in calling on SBS again in the future for any building needs that we may have. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Thank-you, once again, to Scott and his team for all their hard work and dedication.
