We are delighted with our bathroom renovation. Ray from Bourchdan projects was extremely thorough when developing the plans and quote and we took on board all of his suggestions. Our bathroom had to be gutted and then all new flooring, electrical, tiling, plumbing and new bathroom fixtures added. Ray supervised the entire renovation - organising the various contractors, checking on their work daily and constantly keeping us informed of their progress. Ray and his team were extremely professional and helpful and communicated constantly with us. We highly recommend Ray and his team and will certainly use his services again.

If you require a quality builder for any property construction, renovation or maintenance project, I highly recommend having a chat to Bourchdan Projects. I have dealt with Ray & his team since the beginning of last year and I can confidentally say that all of them are so professional, knowledgeable & polite to deal with. Their consistent communication throughout the whole process eliminates a great amount of the unnecessary stress & worry that accompanies such important projects, allowing it to be a much more enjoyable experience. I will definitely be trusting Bourchdan Projects again the next time I need to do any property related work. Thank you & well done to Ray, Gerard & the rest of the Bourchdan Projects team!!!!!

Ray and The Team were absolutely brilliant to work with on our recent renovation. From the first phone call to the final handover they were extremely professional. We live interstate and had concerns about managing the project from afar but Ray made it all extremely easy and seamless. They were transparent in every aspect and we felt totally comfortable and confident with their judgement and advice - they actually listen to what you want/like and dislike. I can’t think of one thing that we were unhappy about. Thanks to them we just love our little Sydney flat now. So if you’re considering a renovation project of any size then give them a call - I guarantee it will be one phone call you do not regret!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Ray & Gerard from Bourchdan Projects to renovate both our kitchen and outdoor area, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the beginning, the team was incredibly professional, communicative, and attentive to our needs. Ray & Gerard, went above and beyond. The attention to detail, experience, and friendly demeanor made a real difference. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered great advice throughout the process. The kitchen looks absolutely stunning—everything was done to perfection, and the new layout has completely transformed the space. Our outdoor area has been turned into a relaxing, functional space we now love spending time in. The team handled everything with care and precision, and the final product exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a company that combines great workmanship with such genuine customer service. Thank you to Ray and the entire team for all of your hard work and for making our vision a reality. Highly recommend Bourchdan Projects for anyone looking to renovate their space!
