Blake did a significant renovation for us. Due to failed waterproofing, we stripped both tiled balconies back to the beams and relaid them from scratch, plus fixing damaged areas inside the house eg roof & walls. It wasn't an easy job. There were a few tricky elements. As we pulled things apart, substandard and even non-compliant work from the original builder became apparent, adding to the complexity. Blake and his team handled everything carefully and efficiently and came up with effective solutions to the unexpected problems. The finished product is a huge improvement over the original. I'm happy to recommend Blake. He did a really good job for us: on time and within estimated budget.
