  We are beyond grateful that we chose Chris and the team from Belair for our second storey addition. When choosing which builder to trust with our job our options were to go with cheaper and less experienced builders or to go with Belair who were slightly more expensive but yet more experienced. We watched friends choose the cheaper builders, only to have to go back and re do work and fix mistakes, making the process more costly and complicated for them. We chose Belair and we could not be happier with our choice. Chris and the team had a wealth of knowledge and experience, making the build flow with little to no complications. Chris’s organisation skills are second to none and his attention to detail and strive for perfection resulted in our home being absolutely the way we wanted. Chris and the team were such a pleasure to work with. We were always able to discuss our ideas with the team and the team always had great ideas for us too. Together we built our dream home and we are forever thankful and grateful.

  We are so happy with the reno Chris and his team completed on our house. The communication from Chris throughout and quality of work was first class. What can be a daunting and complex undertaking was made all the more easier by Chris’ guidance from start to finish. He is always putting forward different ideas and options and is a great problem solver. Our neighbours would often comment on how respectful and professional the whole Belair team were throughout the build. Chris’ experience and attention to detail are clearly evident and we couldn’t recommend Belair highly enough.
