We engaged Artico Custom Homes to build our new home, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team showed outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to quality at every stage. From the initial planning through to handover, communication was clear, consistent, and proactive. Their advice during the selections process was incredibly helpful, and the project was delivered ahead of schedule, within budget, and to a very high standard. The workmanship and finishes reflect real craftsmanship and pride. Post-construction service was just as impressive. The defects liability period was handled smoothly, with all minor issues resolved quickly and without any hassle. Their responsiveness gave us complete peace of mind. We’re thrilled with the final result — a home that truly exceeds our expectations. Huge thanks to Ben, Dean, Ebonee, Jem, Joe, and Ann for their professionalism and care. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and client-focused builder, we highly recommend Artico Custom Homes.

We recently completed a custom luxury home on our acreage property and couldn’t be happier with the end result. The quality of the build is outstanding. From the structural work to the fine details, everything has been finished to a very high standard. The process for the most part was smooth and well managed. We’ll be the first to admit that we may not have been the easiest clients at times. We changed our minds along the way and had a strong focus on achieving perfection. Despite that, the team remained professional, flexible and committed to delivering exactly what we envisioned. We now have a beautiful high end home that truly reflects our lifestyle and the unique setting of the property. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build a custom home with quality and care. Thank you Ben, Dean and everyone who worked on our project.

Ben and the Team at Artico Homes have gone and above to exceed my expectations. I have worked with many builders over the years and i have really enjoyed the attention to detail that has been made on my projects and also the friendly and caring natured approach that is always given. When you find someone that cares about the quality of your builds as much as Ben does its certainly my recommendation to go with Artico.
