We wholeheartedly recommend Arken Built - Jarrod and his team. Jarrod takes pride in his work and profession, and works to a very high standard. He very quickly gained our trust by informing us of relevant processes and options, being ever-mindful of keeping as close to budget as possible. This was especially appreciated when unforeseen situations arose. In addition to his excellent building skills, Jarrod was friendly and reliable- turning up when he said he would, or letting us know if he was delayed. We will definitely use Arken Built for any future building, remediation and renovation needs.

I highly recommend Arken Built and have so many good things to say, I really don't know where to start! We engaged Arken Built to do a complete renovation of our new home which hadn't been renovated since it was built in the 70s. It was a major structural job and right from the get go both Annaliese and Jarrad were just so impressive and professional throughout. They have incredible attention to detail, craftsmanship, knowledge, and expertise and it's so rare to find the complete package like Arken in this industry. They are an incredible team who take the time to understand your needs and design taste and work to an incredibly time efficient schedule. Everything worked like clockwork. We were so impressed with their work, we engaged them to rebuild our kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and deck...pretty much the whole house. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. We are about to embark on our next lot of renovations and have gone straight back to Arken to do it!! Can’t recommend them enough!

It has been an absolute delight to work with Arken Built on our recently completed major renovation of our house, which exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail was outstanding and they transformed our 1970's cramped house into an open plan, coastal delight where our family can now relax and enjoy. Their communication throughout the entire process was superb and we felt like our ideas were always heard, especially throughout the design process. Our renovation came in on time and under budget- just amazing! Both Jarrod and Annie were always available and willing to listen to our ideas and provided us with expert advice and guidance. We could not be happier with our 'new' home, it has been a game changer for our family and we highly recommend Arken Built.

Our family cannot put into words how outstanding the service that we received from Arken Built was. Anneleise and Jarrod were patient, informative and had incredible suggestions in regards to design and sustainability - something we are passionate about. Being new to this type of work, we needed all the help we could get and Arken was the perfect option for us, as they were friendly and open whilst also being professional and teaching us along the way. We did not feel pressured or uncertain at any time during our work together and when we requested new designs or changes this easy and quick to broach. We wish Arken all the best for what will no doubt be a very successful future in design and build.

Quality build and excellent attention to detail in the design process. Love Arken’s commitment to solar passive design without compromising aesthetics - in fact their homes are absolutely gorgeous. Anneleise and Jarrod are a powerhouse team.
