Great outcome. project manager danny was so accommodating to all the changes we did along the way, nothing was too hard. The pictures don’t do it justice. The quality of the construction is to a high standard. Any imperfections were spotted by danny and rectified immediately. Great honest company. Can’t wait for the next project. Definitely coming back. They make the whole process seamless.

We hired Amescorp to build a 60-square-meter, two-bedroom granny flat in our backyard, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. From the very beginning, their team was professional and transparent. Our site supervisor Steve Subakti provided weekly updates and was always available to answer our questions. He visits the site regularly to monitor the progress and happy to chat. The build was completed within the proposed timeline and, crucially, stayed on budget, and explained unexpected costs clearly. We were especially impressed with how they handled the council approval process, which was surprisingly smooth thanks to their experience. The quality of the finished product is excellent, from the tile work in the bathroom to the high-quality finishes throughout. The site was also kept incredibly clean, which made the whole process much easier on our family. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, and the resulting granny flat is exactly what we envisioned. It's now a beautiful, high-quality home that a family is now already enjoying. I build my first granny house with Amescorp and met my expectations with the quality of the build , material used and the staff and contractors all have been excellent. This was all due to having a great project manager that Amescorp gave me as Danny . I was that happy that I am now looking at building my second granny flat as an investment property to increase my returns as a self funded retiree . I built my second granny flat and had it competed in September 2025. Again very happy with the quality of the build and the professional way the Project Manager Danny managed this project . We built a granny flat with this builder and I’m genuinely satisfied with everything so far, especially the overall structure and build quality. Very Professional, Best Material and Worksmaship, Great Value. Amescorp uses the best grade material and built a 5 star granny flat. They provide 10 lineal meter PU kitchen cabinets, floor to ceiling tiled bathroom and great flooring tiles with best selection, stone benchtop and many other premium features. Their structural , foundation, frames and roofs are all superb quality and engineering. The Team both office ( Carl, Alisha, Jess , James ) are very professional and helpful and the site team led by Steve the supervisor is friendly and easy to work with. They are not trying to upsell anything nor chasing variations. They deliver all works within the agreed contract. They engage the best tradies and Subcontractors who are a very friendly, professional and did a great job. Amescorp is a 5 star builder that goes above and beyond and spares no cost or resource to provide an exceptional build. The only criticism or area of improvement, if i have to add a negative, is at handover they were bit slow to finish all works and handed over the site with some minor finishing works and touch up outstanding, which i am still chasing to close . But that is common in all building works. But Overall I was very happy with Amescorp’s work and quality.
