Read moreI had the pleasure of working with Paul from Urban Tree Services, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Paul was incredibly professional from start to finish. He arrived exactly as promised and took the time to thoroughly assess the work needed. Not only did he complete everything we discussed initially, but he also went above and beyond, tackling additional tasks without hesitation. Paul has all the professional equipment necessary for tree and stump removal, which made the entire process efficient and safe. His communication throughout the project was excellent—he kept me informed at every step, answered all my questions, and was always responsive. It's rare to find such dedication and attention to detail in service providers these days. I highly recommend Urban Tree Services for anyone in need of reliable and top-notch tree and garden care. Thank you, Paul, for exceeding my expectations!

Read morePaul runs a very professional business and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He followed up my enquiry with diligence and turned up on time and ready to work. He executed the tree removal to perfection and was able to do all this for a fair and competitive price. The level of clean up after the removal was beyond thorough and far exceeded the previous company I engaged with on another tree removal....... I wish i had used Paul previously. 5 stars - Diligent and well mannered Professioanl.

Read moreOur English Oak tree had died and was removed along with the stump. Paul attended our property to quote as arranged, despite the torrential rain, and took his time to inspect the tree and answer our questions. The quote was provided along with proof of insurance in quick time. There was a time delay in us obtaining the Council permit and Paul was more than accommodating until we received it. Paul's time management and communication skills are exceptional. Paul is more than happy to share his knowledge and ideas and shows passion for, and pride in his work. Absolutely stress free from beginning to end and our yard was left clear of all debris. We were at work on the day of the tree being removed and Paul communicated with us throughout the day. Paul is customer focused and we would highly recommend Paul and his team for any tree services. Well priced also.
