Price was competitive, the quote was provided promptly, and availability was good with work scheduled within a few days. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not align with what was discussed and agreed. The scope of trimming and pruning was not completed as outlined. More concerning was that the crew finished and drove off without checking in with us to confirm whether the job met expectations. That basic close-out step would likely have avoided what then became a he-said she-said argument afterwards. They were given a clear opportunity to rectify the issue, either by returning to finish the work, scheduling another time, or adjusting the price to reflect what was actually done. None of those options were taken up. For transparency, the invoice also included an offer of $50 for a positive Google review. I chose not to take that up and instead provide an honest account, as it may help others interpret the overall review profile. Overall, responsive quoting and good availability, but the delivery and close-out process fell short of expectations for us. UPDATE: To their credit, once I raised it, they came back and rectified the work. The final outcome is now in line with what was agreed. I appreciate them returning to finish the job properly. As such, the rating has been updated.

I had the pleasure of having Jordon from Same Day Tree Works remove a tree for me today in my apartment court yard and I was incredibly satisfied. Jordon was very efficient with his work - he completed the job at a very high standard, whilst also getting rid of the branches and any debris that remained. He was incredibly polite in his interactions and checked with me that I was happy upon conclusion. Similarly, I also had the pleasure of communicating with Ciara to organise this appointment and she was always absolutely lovely, and worked with me to arrange a time that suited my schedule. It’s so rare these days to have such great customer service so I am absolutely thrilled - I will definitely be a returning customer.

Marshall and his team from Same Day Tree Works were amazing, the team were very friendly and professional. They worked really hard to complete all the work in a timely fashion including an excellent clean up. We were extremely happy with the completed work which involved removal of some small trees and a lot of pruning of established trees.

Same Tree Works is a very reputable company. From admin staff on the phone to the arborists and the lopping team, they are pleasant, communicate well and respectfully, are very helpful and do a great clean up. They offered to do a few extra jobs plus cut the wood for us to keep for our fireplace, then stacked it for us. Highly recommended.
