Cannot fault the service from start to finish. Nathan doesn't muck around- Excellent comms, super fast same day quote, we were happy with the quote so booked an appointment, which was within a business day or two and he was professional the entire time, had all the PPE necessary for getting up the tree and staying safe and he cuts trees down like he's a fine tuned, well oiled machine. He's an absolute gun. And his other three guys were great too, they even cleaned up all the mess. Thank you! We were very happy with the team too, especially Nathan. And I loved how he cut the trunk down to how I requested, we have a little stool or pot plant stand now. Jim's Group truly has an asset to the business with Nathan. Hang onto him! Thank you

I asked Garry to cut back 5 large trees that formed a hedge along my drive that was nearing 5 metres in height. And I needed done on 48 hours notice in order to qualify for a Council grant. Garry arrived, completed the job and invoiced me with 24 hours to spare. He did a great job. Removed all the debris and left the site spotless. Great work.

I requested a quote from Jim's Trees for the removal of a pile (approximately 4m x 4m) of tree branches from my front lawn. Avneet Singh contacted me promptly by telephone and asked if I could send him a photo of the pile of branches, which I did. His quote arrived soon after and we arranged a time for the work to be done. Avneet's team completed the work on the day promised and they sent me a photo of my front lawn after they had removed the branches and all leaves, because I was not home at the time. I paid via credit card, over the phone, once I had received the photo as evidence that the work had been completed. I was completely satisfied with the service I had received and I would recommend Avneet to anyone who requires a similar service performed.

Absolutely incredible service at a reasonable cost! Avneet was polite, on time and gave a comprehensive quote for pruning, reshaping and balancing a medium to large pear tree. On the day the team turned up and discussed the process. Again, polite and friendly (unlike some of the people I had out to quote!). The staff worked quickly and efficiently and even cleaned my gutters after some large cranch removals over the gutter system. They left the whole garden spotless with barely a leaf on the ground - A LOT of the tree was pruned!!!!! Shredder was awesome to watch too - just in case you are into big machines! hehehe. Highly recommended!!!
