The "Coolest Team in Town" "Stop looking—you’ve found the best in the business! We just had a new AC installed by Ice Ice Baby and the experience was 'cool' from start to finish (pun intended). The whole crew is a total dream team: • Curtis kicked things off with the initial check—super honest, no-nonsense, and knew exactly what we needed to stop us from melting. • Noelsy is a scheduling wizard! She handled all the admin and comms so smoothly I didn't have to stress for a second. • John and Sam were the installation legends. They were fast, tidy, and absolute pros. I’m pretty sure they left the place cleaner than they found it! Huge shout out to the owners, Jono and Charlotte, for running such a top-tier operation. If you want to stay chilled without the headache, these are your people. 5 stars! ❄️✨"

Just wanted to commend your tradie John who sorted out the issue with my air cons today . I can often find tradies a bit challenging. Dismissive, non communicative and sometimes outright rude. John was excellent. He has a great manner. Very professional polite and respectful. Explained the problem with patience in a way I could understand . Provided options and recommendations for repair. I also felt the price for the work was pretty reasonable. Will definitely be recommending your business to others and will get you guys back for annual maintenance cleans and any other issues.
