I’m so pleased I contacted this company to check out my air conditioner. The team have been amazing to deal with from the word go. Reliable, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Communication by mobile, text and email have been fantastic. My old A/C needed replacing and Easy Cool were able to replace it within a day. Much appreciated at this time of the year. Installation completed today and I am very happy with the new system they recommended. Would highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs.

Excellent service. The guys were exactly on time of arrival. There were waits though only for parts. The air con fault was diagnosed and set upon quickly resolving the problem. The great tradies , customer service and no fuss about warranty. I’ve used this company as my definite go to list. It’s purring along like a cat.

Brilliant in person customer service and great communication from admin team. Incredibly helpful team, beat other quotes and down to earth service. Respectful and kind technicians who also toke extra care to not let the indoor cat outside whilst installing a new aircon. Left no mess on site. Would recommend and will definitely use for future works.

Professional, Transparent, and Reliable – Highly Recommend! After getting quotes from several other companies (Ice *****, Alpha ****, and various local sparkies), I was honestly disappointed. Most provided vague estimates, refused to disclose specific model numbers, or lacked a detailed breakdown of costs. It felt very unprofessional. Easycool Air was a breath of fresh air. From the start, they were completely transparent about the multi-head AC system they were installing. Their quote was detailed, their communication was clear, and they built trust through honesty—something other local businesses seem to overlook. If you want a job done right without the guesswork, go with Easycool. Professionalism at its best!
