Absolutely thrilled with the work Matt and the team recently undertook for us. Fitting in with major landscaping works, the team handled everything from running power from the mains to a new outdoor pergola, installation of outdoor fans, down lights, power points, pool pump connection, weather proof switchboard for pool area as well as completely replacing and upgrading our power board — all to an exceptionally high standard. The team was friendly, professional, and always punctual. Communication was outstanding from start to finish: clear, responsive, and proactive, which made the whole process stress-free. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible, fitting in seamlessly with the other works being undertaken, completed to schedule whilst coordinating smoothly with other trades on site. I requested disconnection of an old add-on 15amp house circuit that was no longer required. The sparky arrived as scheduled and I showed her where the circuit ends were both at house circuit breaker board and in the outside structure. She competently did the requested circuit disconnection in the house and kept the circuit breaker board tidy and looking neat by putting in a cover over the gap left by the removal of the circuit breaker. She followed up by going to the outside structure to disconnect that end of the circuit and ran tests to ensure no power was in the disconnected circuit. The sparky worked quickly, with confidence and was clean in her work. Furthermore, the back office of Capital Home Electrical functioned quickly and efficiently in handling my request as I had made initial contact by sending a SMS to a contact whose name and phone number I had been given. Strongly recommend them.
