  I recently had a warranty issue with my Fujitsu ducted system right as an Adelaide heatwave was hitting. I want to give a massive shoutout to the Fujitsu service team and the technician who came out to replace my control board. ​My initial tech (from AFA) diagnosed a faulty capacitor and a fried board, and I was honestly expecting a long wait for parts. Instead, Fujitsu coordinated with them and had a technician at my door the very next day with the replacement part in hand. ​The Fujitsu tech was a total professional—he worked quickly, explained the replacement process in detail, and made sure the unit was running at 100% before he left. It’s rare to see a manufacturer move that fast for a warranty claim during the peak of summer. Truly impressed with the after-sales support and the quality of the service. Thanks for keeping us cool!

  I had a problem with a remote control for a split system that was installed recently. Contacted Fujitsu Service SA and they arranged to send one of their service technicians to investigate. It was resolved efficiently and the communications and process was excellent. Kudos to Michael and Adam for excellent service. Very happy.

The price was very affordable and 60 percent cheaper than other services. Robert is the gentleman that fixed the problem. King Robert is the man to have. If you ever have a problem with an air conditioner especially a Fujitsu, these guys are the way to go. Very happy 😁

  Super quick repair of a non-critical fault (noisy outdoor fan motor on a split system). Booking in a warranty job was easy and the two ladies (one national, and one within the Adelaide office) I spoke to were very courteous and polite. The technician attended the next day (yup, the NEXT day!) and on time as booked. I really wish I could remember his name because I have never had a tradesperson so friendly, quick and thorough at my home before. The issue was explained to me, the part was on the truck and all fixed within about 20 minutes. I was asked if I wanted to check it out to make sure I was happy with the repair. I could not be happier with this experience and it gives me serious confidence in Fujitsu as a brand and I will continue to use them for our comfort needs in the future. Especially when its time to upgrade our ducted unit (competitor brand) that has never worked right since we moved in. PS. This booking was made in the middle of winter, I wouldn't expect next day service in the peak of summer. Thanks again Fujitsu!
