Getting a quote was easy. Rimu, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable and full of smart ideas for making the most of the solar rebates. He took the time to answer all my questions — from avoiding energy bills to maximising earnings from the system. The admin team handled the provider changes to our setup quickly and kept every promise. The installation crew arrived early, were friendly, rearranged our existing panels, and left everything clean and tidy. I was also shown how to connect the app to the system, which was a nice touch. Rimu stayed in contact throughout and made sure we were happy every step of the way. We haven’t switched to Amber yet — that’s when we’ll really see the benefits — but the GoodWe inverter and 19 kWh of battery storage are already performing well.

Without a doubt, i am thrilled with my dealings with EnergySA. Rimu, who has supported me since the very beginning - absolutely knows his stuff when it comes tol solar & battery. I have now been fitted out with a complete system at home which exceeds my wildest expectations. Not only is it the right system for now, but it's the right system for later also. Future proofing is extremely important, and was one of the key points which Rimu concentrated on. Importantly, during the sales process, I had 2 visits from Rimu to my home. His aim was to keep me in the loop of what i was buying, exactly how it worked for all applications, and where it would be installed. Additionally, the team of installers who completed the work at my home were exemplarary. Turned up on time, were clean and completed well ahead of schedule. I am ecstatic. We would definitely recommend this company! Our consultant, Rimu, was fantastic—very helpful and patient as he walked us through all the different options to find what best suited our home and future plans. We had our Sigenergy battery installed in August, and it has been fabulous. We’ve been in credit ever since, and our 32kW battery was the perfect choice for us. It’s great knowing we can easily add more capacity in the future if we need it. Overall, an excellent experience and a team we highly recommend!

I have nothing but praise to offer. From the time of purchase to installing was 2 weeks. 6 hours to install it and cleaned area of installation rubbish of the 32kw batteries and great after sales help from Rimu F.
