Finding a reliable tradesman or air conditioning business is usually harder than finding a parking spot at the beach on Christmas, but Damon killed it. I was about ten minutes away from moving my mattress into the local supermarket's frozen pea aisle before I called Joe Cools. I was impressed by their communication from the jump. They gave me a fair quote, gave me a realistic install date, and then—the best part—they were actually empathetic when my situation changed and I needed to push things back. Crew showed up on a rainy day in August for internal installs scaring the crap out of me, they used drop sheets and left property immaculate like no one came in. Took care of our new build as their own. I had to be overseas for a few months which delayed my outdoor unit install. Most companies would now just put you at the bottom of the list, but they worked with me just before 40c days in Adelaide and they managed to slot me in for the install. The house is now colder than my ex’s heart and I couldn't be happier. If you’re tired of being a human puddle, just give these guys a call and get it sorted. Glad I saw them driving down on South Road and called. Haven’t had a better luck since. 😊

He did not make me feel rushed or pressured in any way. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. On the day of install his two employees (Gabe and friend) arrived on time and sent a text confirming they were on route with a link to a tracker. I was very impressed by this. Great product and great service. Would highly recommend. Always like to support a smaller local firm rather than the big ones who advertise on telly. If you go with Joe Cools you won't regret it.
