  Great experience from the start of the process all the way to the end! Shaun was great at explaining what could and couldn't be done with replacing our dead ducted system, giving an accurate quote, and getting everything organised. Nikki from customer service kept us up to date and was very quick to respond (including on a public holiday, which I wasn't expecting at all). Robbie and all the guys who came to do our install were very friendly and professional, and did a great job! Definitely happy to recommend ABA TRADES to anyone who needs aircon repairs or replacement, thanks so much guys!

  Had a great experience with this team, had a couple of u units serviced fro the first time so didn’t know what to expect, Nikki was great at communicating everything love the text communication as I hate talking on the phone. The boys were absolutely lovely and friendly explaining everything and helping me understand the process. I had some concerns after my service a they came back out to check it over so I felt assured nothing was wrong, that really helped put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend these guys just really lovely professional service I would have them back.

He had help from a colleague ( his name escapes me sorry) to finish the setup. Both very helpful and respectful. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained everything to us. Thank you guys 😊 Only downside is a bit pricey 😞
