The very best. They serviced my a/c unit and told me how to extend the life of my unit. Im currently dealing with a dodgy roofer and mist air solutions went above and beyond to take photos for me while they were in my roof to verify that dodgy repairs were done by the roofer. They are well priced and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Will be a continuing customer with these guys

I’m so happy to have gone ahead with Mist Air Solutions to install our bedroom AC. Mitch and the team have done a stellar job. Cabling and piping are extremely tidy, they cleaned up after completion and took extra care not to scuff up our newly painted walls. Price quoted for the install was very reasonable. Job ended up being a bit more difficult than anyone could’ve expected but Mitch is a genuinely honest bloke and stuck to his original quote. From the start he’s been a pleasure to communicate with. I would recommend Mist Air Solutions to anyone.

Just brilliant. I had a complex requirement of needing bottom downstairs and 2 upstairs bedrooms needing air conditioning. Mitch came and inspected my house and have me some options, was very patient with my multitude of questions. The day of installation was massive job using a Mitsubishi multi head unit to do the job. The team was polite and professional and did a great job. If you are seeking air conditioning and needing to deal with a professional, down to earth cost effective company I highly recommend Mist Air Solutions. You will be as happy as I am.

The Mitch and his Team are an excellent job at our family home. Very professional and prompt. They came in one day did the job completely and cleaned the house professionally once finished. We all know of contractors not completing their jobs or leaving it in a mess. These guys take their work with pride and make sure the customers are happy with the work. In choosing Mist Air we had undergone a comprehensive look at options from 6 potential vendors, reducing it to four who provided useable quotes, and finally to three, including Mist, who came and inspected the property. Our selection criteria was clear and these three vendors could not be differentiated on them (8 outlets plus return, 6 zone, 14kW or more, smart-home compatable), nor could we sparate them on reviews (all at 5 stars over 12 months, all around 4.9 stars in all) Nor could we separate on ETAs. So it literally came down to price and Mist were head and shoulders the best price (by alomst $2000). Come installation day and they arrived and completed the works in a single day, their work was generally neat and professional and the system was working when they left. We had a few small issues over the next couple of days but Mitchell and Mohammed were both super helpful and cooperative and those issues were quickly dealt with, again professionally and without fuss. Possibly could have cost half a star if the option was available, but certainly not a full star reduction. I'm generally not super big on recommending businesses to my friends/family, but in this case I would strongly recommend including Mist in quotes at the very least, and if asked would gladly relate our experience as evidence of their work. The system - a Daikin 16kW single phase system with an AirTouch2+ controller and 6 zones - works very, very well to cool our house on hot days (since installation we've had a couple in the mid thirties) and should work equally well for heating through winter. Thankyou, Mitchell, for being patient and cooperative in the quoting process, and in getting those minor issues sorted and the system working.
