Globalrez Air Conditioning

I contacted a number of businesses requesting a quote for two split system ACs. One called me ten times in two days, others promised quotes which never arrived. I was referred to Globalrez. Im so glad I called them. What a smooth process from quote request, pricing through to installation, you wont do better than to go with the team from Globalrez. Their level of service ensured that I felt like a valued customer. That isn't something available from many businesses these days, where chasing your dollars is all that matters. A big shout out to Ross for his customer service and Shane, who worked like a trojan in sweltering humid conditions and did not stop till the job was completed. He accommodated my request ensuring indoor unit placement was centered on wall, he cleaned up and was very pleasant and respectful. Thankyou Globalrez, you have made my home so much more comfortable. If your not using Globalrez for your air-conditioning needs your missing out. Great service, friendly installers and a great product. Gary was absolutely incredible! The fastest person who gave a quote, awesome to deal with, great price and super friendly! His recommendation on which unit to purchase was spot on. He knows his stuff. The guys that installed it were really professional, very friendly, tidy, they even vacuumed my carpet afterwards. They ran through everything with me and made the whole huge installation experience a breeze for me. Can not recommend this whole team at Globalrez highly enough. Don't bother going anywhere else! The good experience started with Gary from the operations desk initial call, Gary was able to access plans of my property and give me the best advice as to what would work for my set up and requirements and where units needed to go. The price quoted was already there best price so I didn't have to negotiate for days and what I was quoted was a big saving to other companies also quoting. No payment was required upfront and I received an official quotation with the price and what it included. On the day of the supply and install, the team arrived on time and got on with the job no fuss. The job included a separate electricity supply for the main unit on the North Side of the house which needed to go under the house from the main fuse box. The team completed this to my satisfaction and the job looks exceptionally professional taking into account my preferences. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were professional and jolly throughout the morning. The job was completed in under 4 hours and I was shown how to operate the remotes and what the best settings were to get the most efficient operation out of the new system. The default units installed are considered top of the range and the price was very very competitive. Very happy, thanks to the team at Globalrez.
