I’d had ongoing penetrating damp problems with my little 100+ year old terrace house in inner Sydney. Being a two-story end terrace with a narrow side lane, the job seemed rather daunting and I didn’t know where to start or even what was needed! But when Unique Waterproofing sent Matt along to assess and give me a quote, I had a sense that this was a company who knew what they were doing. Although the quoted price was high, it seemed fair for the amount of work involved so I accepted. The job is now finished and my patched, waterproofed and freshly painted wall is a work of art! There were a great team of guys working on it and the boss, Ash, came by several times as well. I feel that Unique Waterproofing has done a very thorough job and my little terrace house will be good for another 100 years at least!!
