  I surprised when I saw that Ideal Waterproofing has just 2 reviews. This guy is amazing and deserves 100+ five-star reviews. I am renovating my bathroom and Craig came as saviour for me when some other water-proofer had messed up my bathroom waterproofing. When I called Craig he came immediately (he is local for me) to have a look, understood the problem and explained the solution and gave me confidence that it can be fixed. It was kind of urgent for me as I had already booked the tiler. So despite being busy, as promised he turned up next day perfect on time and fixed the problem exceeding my expectations. I said he amazing not because he fixed my problem but he is detail oriented, genuine, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I like his attitude toward his job too when he said – “If I am waterproofing a bathroom I do it as if this is my bathroom”. He didn’t even ask me to leave a review for him and that explains why he doesn’t have many reviews. If you are looking for water-proofer reading this review and still not hire him you are gonna miss a really good water-proofer. Thank you & All the best Craig!
