We first contacted Noah and his team after experiencing a serious water leak from our upstairs bathroom that seeped through into the kitchen ceiling. When a building expert came to inspect the damage, he diagnosed that the entire bathroom needed to be waterproofed and re-tiled. He recommended Noah to us, as he had used him personally for his own bathroom waterproofing. From start to finish, the work was nothing short of spectacular. The Optimo team were incredibly professional, punctual, and exceptionally clean throughout the entire process. They completed the bathroom waterproofing and tiling to the highest standard, leaving everything spotless at the end of each day. While storing materials in our garage, Noah noticed that it was extremely damp and that water was entering every time it rained. He suggested solutions and carried out a full waterproofing of the basement/garage area. Not only did this fix the water ingress, but when they realised there was also a condensation issue, they went above and beyond by installing a small window for ventilation, something we hadn’t even considered, but it completely solved the problem. What stood out most to us was the team’s communication and demeanor. Every day they updated us on what had been done and what would be happening next. They were always polite, friendly, and respectful. It is clear they take real pride in their workmanship, and the results speak for themselves. We could not be happier with the outcome and could not recommend Noah and the Optimo team more highly. They turned what was initially a very stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience, and we are grateful for their outstanding service.

I bought a new home with a serious pre-existing waterproofing issue and called on Noah and Lucas and team to help. They were amazing, great workmanship, communication and completed the job professionally, efficiently and seamlessly, including helping me navigate some tricky strata approval processes. Really happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

Optimo Waterproofing came as a recommendation from another happy customer, and I can see why. The team at Optimo were professional, prompt and delivered a high quality service. Noah was absolutely lovely to deal with and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The team had a big task of waterproofing my basement garage which had damage from years of leaking. They transformed the space and delivered exactly what they promised. They even back their workmanship with a guarantee, which not many businesses do these days. Can absolutely recommend these guys

Noah and the boys were amazing. The rooftop was dealt with efficiently and cleanly. The boys warned me that there was going to be quite a bit of dust and patiently waited until i was able to put up a tarp to minimize the flying dust. That made a huge difference to the clean up afterwards. The rooftop was put to the test a few days later with a huge amount of rain - it drains like a dream and we no longer have a wet wall underneath. I wish all tradies were this easy to deal with.

Noah and the team at Optimo did a fantastic job waterproofing our basement. Water managed to get in to the basement every time it rained and after some time, it was ruining the walls, floors and everything else in there. Noah provided us with a few options, talking us through each to help us decide how we wanted to go about fixing the issue. The team were completely professional and finished the job well within the timeframe that was promised. It is clear these guys take pride in their workmanship, and I was particularly impressed at how tidy they were and how clean they left everything after each day. Whilst the quality of work was spectacular; it was the demeanor of Noah and the team that really stood out for me. They communicated extremely well, updated us at the end of each day on what had been done that day, and what they would be doing the following day and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with; extremely friendly and respectful. I could not recommend Optimo more highly.
