I couldn’t be happier with the work Al and his team at Elite Waterproofing undertook at my property. From start to finish, the communication was fantastic — clear, timely, and professional. Al took the time to thoroughly explain the entire waterproofing process, which gave me great confidence in the work being carried out. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they genuinely went above and beyond by extending the waterproofing to an additional part of the building that benefited me — even though this was more work than originally quoted. That level of care and integrity is rare to find. The team showed great responsibility and professionalism, adhering strictly to Australian safety standards throughout the job. The quality of workmanship and pride they take in their work really shows. I highly recommend Al and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy waterproofer. Exceptional service all round.
