Steve did such a great job that I could not recognise my own bathroom after that! Steve even removed his heavy boots before he entered my home and took it to the area where he was working so as not to leave any marks on the other sections of the house. Very considerate! I not only saved a few thousand dollars by not hacking my whole shower area but also time as well. My shower was ready for use in 24 hours. Steve even returned the next day to complete his job and did not rush to finish it. Definitely recommend Steve to anyone who is thinking of fixing leaking showers without the mess of removing any fittings. Also Steve was very punctual in his appointments and a pleasure to deal with. Not to mention the whole process of requesting a quote , booking an appointment and finally executing the job. Thanks to Steve and Shay - Watertite is the best company to go to for any bathroom repairs and there's no need to shop around for quotes. Professional end-to-end service with a very friendly family business. From the easy booking process (online via their website), initial inspection, quote (they turn it around 2 days after inspection), and doing the actual re-grout service (2 weeks lead time from the inspection appointment) the watertite team was a pleasure to deal with. My 15 years old shower now looks and feels like new again. The trade person who did the job came ontime, did the job as agreed on the quote, and impressively leave my bathroom very clean at the end of it. I can't recommend them enough.

Our tiles were looking very dreary, and the grout was permanently discoloured. Steve did an absolutely amazing job and worked very hard to get our shower looking brand new. He even got the old shelves off and he cleaned up after he was finished. A fabulous job! We are very grateful, and would definitely recommend Watertite and Steve… 👍🏻😊

Steve repaired a leaking shower in our previous home 5+ years ago. He did excellent work then, so we called him out again, this time to repair/ renovate 4 showers, (including a large double shower) in our new property. In addition to the shower repairs, Steve replaced all the grout in our ensuite bathroom. He has done superb work yet again, (including colour matching the grout).
