I came across Elia in an article on National Tiles Awards of the Year where he was a nominee. He came across as someone who really cared about the tiling process and making the client happy with the end product. Elia exceeded my expectations with the big al fresco project he did for me. I can't speak highly enough of how much effort and care he showed - it was like he was working on his own property and that is a value that not many trades have these days. He pays attention to all the little details that make a tiling job stand out and was really careful to protect areas he worked on. By the end, I can honestly say I missed seeing him at our property as he is such a nice and friendly person. You can't go wrong with Elia and after working with three or four other tilers, I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
