  I am a vinyl flooring subcontractor, after using many different companies for strip up and grind of ceramic tiles, Ben from universal is my go to guy. From taking up tiles with minimal damage to subfloor, to not leaving a single piece of tile or glue under the skirtings or around the walls and leaving the site clean as if they weren't there. Will recommend Universal to all of my customers from here on out. Have used these guys enough to know that if I use them I won't have issues.

  Benjamin and Adeline pride themselves on delivering a professional and exceptional service! They are SUPER friendly, extremely knowledgeable and are a pleasure to deal with. I got them to grind my exposed aggregate back on my patio and they polished the concrete and it came up phenomenal!!! They are perfectionists and went above and beyond for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
