We recently had John and his employee come and regroup and repair our whole bathroom at Lake MacDonald. They did a fabulous job. The drain had not been siliconed and caused water to travel under all the tiles and cause oxidisation of our earlier grout. The bathroom had only been done 18months before. The team knew what they were talking about. They were efficient completing on the same day. He also siliconed some other parts of the bathroom to make it match the colour of the grout. And they placed drop sheets down to walk through our bedroom. Very tidy and took all their rubbish. We would recommend them to anyone. We will use them again when we tackle our other bathrooms in the house. Thanks John 🙏💯

July 2024: An easy process for quote and scheduling the work to replace the grout in our master ensuite and hallway. Jason did an excellent job. On time both days, polite, no fuss and a job well done. Took payment at completion of the job which was easy. I wish we'd had this work done sooner! July 2025: This is a second review, as Dean from GroutPro has just completed regrouting/silicon our balcony. Again, the process was easy, Dean was on time over two days, communicated easily, and we are very pleased with the results. (It seems Google review doesn’t allow a second separate review?).

I had 3 large 60 x 60 ceramic tiles in our kitchen, that to be replaced and two small chips to be filled and polished. One major bathroom tile repair group could not guarantee a grout match, so did not take the job on. John from GroutPro Sunshine Coast guaranteed that he would match the grout. With 3 generations of tiling behind him, he knew what he was about. He was great to deal with, was unbelievably punctual and totally professional. I would recommend him for any job that he said he can do. We did not believe we would get such a great match. Dean worked hard bringing back my kitchen tiles, front balcony tiles and back balcony tiles to life once again!!! I seriously cannot believe the difference after they were chemically treated, re-grouted & cleaned making them look bright and new. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending GroutPro!
