  🪨🍽️🪟💬🔧 We recently had our stone benchtops installed as part of a new kitchen renovation with We Do Kitchens, and we couldn't be happier with the incredible work done by Adrian and his team from Metro Marble. From the moment I reached out—on a Friday evening no less—Adrian responded within 15 minutes and was at our home the very next morning to take measurements. He was punctual, professional, and gave us an install date right then and there for just two weeks later. After our initial meeting, we decided to go ahead with a stone splashback as well - an idea Adrian had suggested. Once our new bifold window was in (which had been botched by the original installer), I sent Adrian some photos and confirmed the splashback thickness. Despite the mess, he was incredibly accommodating and returned shortly after to measure for the splashback and provide two quotes. We chose the option running into the window reveals, and Adrian allowed for a variation to ensure a perfect finish around the window. We were lucky to find a much better company—thanks to Facebook—who stepped in and fixed the poor window installation, just in time to meet our deadline. Thanks to Adrian’s flexibility and planning, everything was ready for the Friday install. The final result is stunning. The 3.2 metre x 1.02 metre island is a single slab and makes a bold, beautiful statement in the space. The other benchtops have just two joins - one near the cooktop and one at the corner after the sink—and they’re blended so well you barely notice them. The stone splashback finishes it all off perfectly with a sleek, cohesive look. Adrian’s attention to detail, responsiveness, and clear communication throughout the process made this one of the smoothest parts of our renovation. Highly recommend! All that’s left now is to install the window architraves and finish the floors! 🛠️🏡
