Great work on my bathroom by Charlie and his korean tiler Jun. Very professional, clean and a pleasure to deal with! Charlie provided solid advice as we werent sure on choosing tiles, grout colours matching with our mixer handles and the floor wastes. he is very knowledgeable and more than happy with his decision. We recently renovated our kitchen and Charlie took care of our tiling. Every other trade we dealt with for the kitchen reno was unreliable and costly which made it such a pleasant surprise when dealing with Charlie. Not only was his cost better than any other quotes we received, his attitude and quality of work was outstanding. Charlie and his team were a pleasure to deal with. We’ve been using this bathroom for 6 months now, and that’s why I wanted to write this review. We can genuinely say the bathroom has been a joy to use every single day :) we feel blessed every time we walk in. Charlie was easy to work with from day one. He always replied quickly and kept us updated. What really impressed us was that he didn’t just show up and do the job, he went above and beyond, discussing every detail with us and never once showing any impatience. He and his team also flagged a weak subfloor and a leak from the external wall that was trickling down between the walls and damaging the timber beams. We had no idea any of these issues existed, and because he flagged them, we were able to fix them before they turned into a much bigger problem down the track. Honestly, the whole experience was stress-free, the result is excellent, and we’ve already engaged him again for other work. Highly recommend Charlie and the team.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This is the second time we’ve worked with Charlie from Chubz Tiling, and once again, he delivered above and beyond. We recently renovated our bathroom, and Charlie made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was incredibly mindful of our family’s needs and worked quickly to get the job done — all while maintaining top-quality workmanship. His communication was excellent. He kept us updated at every step, helped us coordinate with all the other trades, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. You can tell he genuinely cares about the job and the people he’s working with. We’re so thankful for his attention to detail, reliability, and the care he brought to the whole process. If we could give 6 stars, we would!

From the initial enquiry Charlie was so incredibly onto it and helpful! He called me straight away (which happened to be a Saturday) and was providing advice on how to help with our splash back tiling. Upon the initial visit his wonderful demeanour and confidence in the job made us book in with him. We had some delays obtaining the tiles we wanted which meant we needed to shuffle the booking, but this was no issue for Charlie and his team who were extremely accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. Charlie recommended his gyprocker who also did a beautiful job repairing the wall prior to tile install. He did a fantastic job for a very affordable price. The tile install was completed by Gazi from Charlie’s team. He was absolutely delightful to have in our home and was meticulous with the job at hand completing it in a day. The finished splashback looks beautiful and we’ve had so many compliments. When we do the bathroom next, Charlie will be our go to guy without hesitation! Thank you both!
