Hole in floor initially resulted from a repair of underfloor heating. Old floor grout and wall grout looked worn and stained. High quality work with care taken to protect all existing fittings and everything left sparkling clean has resulted in a bathroom that looks like new. As a bonus, Matt diagnosed an underfloor toilet leak that had caused the initial problem with the underfloor heating. I highly recommend.
