The pricing here was very reasonable, and the after-sales service (AS) was also handled very quickly. If I were to install solar and a battery again, I would definitely choose this company. The installation was effortless, completed in less than four hours, with everything cleaned up and they took the time to install the app on our phones and explain it all. I was quite nervous about choosing the right installer — not so much on price, but on the quality of workmanship and the risk of being scammed, as the market currently feels quite flooded and it’s hard to know who to trust. Someone within the industry recommended Talk Energy Solar & Battery and specifically mentioned their workmanship was very good, which really helped confirm my decision to go with them. The pre‑sales process was excellent and very responsive, and the after‑sales service has been just as good. I had a couple of questions after the install and they called me back straight away to talk everything through clearly. The installation itself went really well. The team was neat, tidy, and professional, and they completed the job on a Saturday, which I really appreciated as it meant I didn’t have to take time off work. The install was also completed well ahead of my expectations. From start to finish, the whole experience has been very positive. I feel confident that if I ever have any issues, they would be reliable and easy to deal with — which is exactly what I wanted when choosing a local company. Being able to speak with local people and know support is close by makes a big difference.

Talk Energy walked us through the process advised on size of battery and extra solar panels to make it all mesh and viable long term. The young guys installed everything (no damage to roof I got up and checked ) cleaned up and were happy to explain everything. All up 5 star rating from me

I don't normally leave reviews, however I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude for everyone involved with our installation of solar panels, battery and blackout protection. From the sales team to the installers, it has been very professional, supportive and smooth sailing the whole way through. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone =)

I contacted a neighbour to discuss Solar Panels and batteries for advice on a good provider. Originally I had done some research on the web and found it to be overwhelming. My neighbour was very happy with the service and installation with Talk Energy Solar & Battery so I contacted them directly. I was greeted by Graham who was very pleasant and he suggested Mark Higgins who would be contacting me later. Mark called me shortly thereafter and we discussed my requirements. He forwarded a proposal and said they would apply for the Govt Grants and lending facilities that could be used. He answered any questions promptly. This is a highly professional yet friendly business and they keep communication clear, concise and prompt. I highly recommend the business who supply and install north and south of the river.
