It was such a breeze. Spoke to Josh, explained everything we need to know. Updated us throughout the process. The whole team are so professional and experienced. We ended up getting 14 panels. 7 at the front and 7 on the side. The pricing seems to be reasonable. The only confusing thing was the installation day meant to be booked in the afternoon but they turn up early which I rather preferred. Besides that nothing else I could fault them. I highly recommend.

From the first meeting to the final roof clean, for our old removed system, what was initially said, was done! A clear, concise brochure detailing all the answers one would want to ask, backed up by an easy, open communications attitude took away any anxiety from our significant purchase of a battery/ solar package. All electrical work was done to a certified level with a highly qualified technician and his team. They installed, removed and cleaned up after a tedious two days of intermittent rain and Bindoon muddy conditions ! I was always skeptical about getting solar but now actually going through the process and getting it done through SparkEdge I’m honestly kicking myself that I didn't do it 10 years ago. The hardest thing I did through out the whole process was open the door and say hello. The team made everything so simple and streamlined to the point of even having a pre prepared folder with all the receipts and warranty’s etc so you literally have to do nothing besides enjoy the quarterly savings. 10/10 for the team at SparkEdge
