Matty from Solarverse was incredible throughout the whole process of getting our system up and running. He helped us analyse our power usage and pick a system that will work for our house and ev. Communication was on point and on the day, showed up when he said he would, super clean install and cleaned up after him self. It’s been great and working perfectly for our house and needs. After experiencing issues that two other companies were unable to resolve we were left with a non functioning 12 month old, $20,000 solar system. While the flashing lights on the inverter and battery looked good at night, the huge power bills we were receiving were not so good. True to that old adage “not all heroes wear capes” along came Matt to our rescue. Within 20 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and after some reconfiguring of the inverter settings and parameters, and some further testing and checking we had a correctly functioning solar system. Solarverse designed and installed our solar system. They did a great job avoiding the trees on the road that were going to cause shading issues. Gave us an estimate on our savings returns and overall, super friendly and cleaned up the rubbish afterwards!
