Communication was great and he fitted in with other works as required during construction. Steve installed a 15.4kW system for me and I could not be happier with the process and result. Of course Steve was an expert technically, but I was especially impressed with the installation quality and care. I had just installed a brand new tiled roof with quite fragile and tricky tiles to remove, and so expected quite a bit of tile damage and repair (some is unavoidable). Well, there was hardly any, almost none, in fact my tiler, who inspected my roof after, said it was the "best solar install job he has seen" and asked me to let Steve know and thank him!
