Renew Solar were an outstanding Company to deal with and would highly recommend to others. From the initial quote to the replacement of our Solar Hot Water System, we were kept well informed and the tradesmen were reliable and professional at all times. The follow through from the office staff (Leanne) was absolute first class, and will do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Very good to deal with, called them for a quote for solar hot water system they came over for a site inspection immediately (i called others, they dont do site visits, will just quote you via a satellite pic) and their quotes if you read the fine print, lots of potential for additional cost. Renew visited the site and gave me an all inclusive price so i know upfront what i am paying, no BS and hidden extra costs. Came as promised on the day, installed in 2 hrs and job done. So far all working fine and i hope the after sales/warranty will be good as well. Certainly will recommend them.

Faultless professional interaction. No hard sales tactics, professional installers. We converted a LPG bottle gas supply for our house to Solar, Battery and Heat Pump Hot Water System and it is working great! I have already recommended Renew to family and friends. Highly recommend a solar/battery conversation from these guys.

It was very smooth working with Renew to install solar panels and batteries. From the initial quote through to installation, communication was effective and efficient, and they dealt with all the applications for rebates. The installers were good, found solutions to issues that developed on the day, were happy to answer all my questions and cleaned up well after themselves. I would highly recommend.

Finally an honest service. Rheem rooftop solar unit, not had hot water for a month, dealing with another supposedly Rheem specialist. The other plumbers / electricians replaced Thermostat and element, costing me 600 AUD. Still no hot water. Then they claimed entire unit is faulty if that did not work, and will need to be replaced. Renew came out (referred by Rheem themselves) , and 20 minutes later, I had hot water, costing me 300 + a service for 150 (approx, don't have exact amounts on me. but was below 600) They will 100% get repeat business from me. Other bozos were either completely incompetent, or crooks.
