I'm very satisfied with the service from iGreen Energy. From sales to installation, the entire process was quick and efficient. Vince, Olivia, and the installation team exceeded my expectations. After I paid the deposit, the installation was completed within a week, and the installation workers had the system up and running in just three hours. I'm very happy with iGreen Energy for their excellent service.

They did a great job & were very appreciative of me providing the scaffolding. They ran the cables where I want them, to hide them in my attic/store space.There was an unforeseen problem getting down blocked cavity from 2nd storey in one area so had to slightly move things which left holes in face wall. The guy's patch & match the colour of filler, very happy.They were very polite & cleaned up every bit of rubbish, dust, etc. Andy, I will say thank you for your honesty months back when we first spoke, it impressed me then & everything that your company has done has been spot on, thank you regards Arthur.

Very satisfied with service and product. From sales to installation and admin exceeded my expectations. From paying the deposit, installation happened within a week and the guys took only 3.5hrs to install and get the system up and running. Had to pay a little extra than quoted but had a warranted, clear explanation as to why. Very happy I chose Igreen energy for our solar system.

Just had a solar package installed by Igreen energy and their contract installer. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and interactions along the way. Sales was a little pushy at the start but once they provided all the details on the system and pricing i decided to go with them. Time will tell on the longevity of the system but for now all is excellent.

After going through the options and deciding on the hardware I wanted with the salesman, we turned to installation lead time and was advised 1 to 2 weeks. Although there was a delay, the system was installed by Christmas! Installation appears to be of a good standard and the installation team were friendly however any questions we had on functionality and app use were directed straight to the office. After the installation (same day) I noted we did not have a home usage monitoring option on the app. This had been discussed and I was assured we would have this functionality with the salesman however I was advised this was extra and had to be purchased and installed at my cost. I have now had the monitoring tool added which is handy although the refresh rate is set to 5 minutes and I cannot adjust. All in all I am happy with either service and outcome.
