We have been running everything without holding back, staying off the grid during the day and comfortably using the battery overnight. With the gateway installed, we are confident we would not notice a blackout and expect to pretty much say goodbye to power bills. Luke also took the time to explain future options like adding DC EV charging to the stack, which was genuinely helpful, appreciated, and showed a genuine long-term mindset. The Australis team installed our new solar panels and battery today. A professional and super smooth job. So glad I chose this company. We have 6.6kw of Trina x 440 watt panels and a 16 kWh Sigenergy battery plus hybrid inverter. The free Sigenergy app on my phone tells me everything I need to know about power generation and usage. Very good experience with my solar planning right through to installation. I have communicated with Guy, Boyd and Megan, all very professional in their respective areas. Day 1: remove old solar panels and inverter. Install new solar panels and do all cabling. Day 2: hook up, test and hand over. The Sigenergy battery is great and the app tells me exactly how much power is generated and exported and how much I am using every few minutes. Great product. Thanks Australis Solar.

We had a fantastic experience with Australis Solar across both the initial solar installation and again a few months later when we added 2 more batteries with the new rebates. Throughout the entire process from quote to install they have move really fast, had fantastic communication, and all around just done a great job. The teams on site were professional at all times and did a really nice job. They also remained flexible with us while we had to delay install due to some electrical issues at our property that took longer to sort out than expected prior to installation.
